We offer the highest level of instruction with classes that cater to all levels of experience from casual hobbyists to serious competitors.
Jiu Jitsu
We have Jiu Jitsu classes suitable for everyone with our BASICS programme, ALL LEVELS programme, and ADVANCED sessions.
We teach a highly successful style of Jiu Jitsu built on a base of high percentage fundamentals. All classes are GI or NoGi depending on your preference.
MMA
We have a full MMA schedule and a successful MMA Team with Pro and Amateur fighters. Our accolades to date include multiple amateur titles including Cage Warriors Academy championships and an IMMAF European Gold medal.
Our classes are suitable for all levels and include MMA Striking, Submission Wrestling and MMA Team Training.
KIDS
We offer both JIU JITSU and MMA classes for ages 4 – 15 years old. We follow the same high level of instruction for our kids classes with plenty of fun mixed in.
